Alison keeps the operations desk running smoothly. Born and raised in Bequia, she brings a structured accounting background and a calm eye for detail to every invoice, cost report and consolidated bill. She joined SVG Yacht Services in 2021 and is the backbone of the back office.
Stefanie joined the operations team in Bequia, working alongside the agents on arrivals, departures and day-to-day requests from visiting yachts. She is a calm, practical presence on the dock and a familiar face for crew coming ashore.
Raedine is the warm, energetic voice that greets yachts arriving in Bequia. In her fourth season with the team, she handles inbound clearance, crew travel, florists, concierge bookings and island tours. When she is not at the desk, she is usually baking, at the gym or on the beach.
Deveney runs shipments and sourcing from the Bequia head office, making sure parts, provisions and paperwork reach the dock on time. Her meticulous attention to detail is the reason captains and chief stews reach for her when a delivery absolutely has to be right.
Keisha is the operations contact at Canouan Marina, coordinating deliveries, shipments and arrival and departure clearances. With a background in luxury hospitality and deep local knowledge, she is an essential point of contact for every yacht calling at Canouan.
Nicole leads the St Vincent team with more than thirteen years in luxury hospitality, including senior roles at a leading Caribbean marina. She focuses on guest satisfaction and team coordination, and is happiest off-duty with her family, behind a camera or in the kitchen.
Debbie looks after guests visiting Canouan Resort or Soho House. Having lived and worked on the island for many years, she knows the resort teams personally and makes sure every visit runs smoothly from the tender pier to the reception desk.
Millesia joined the Union Island team in 2024 and quickly became the go-to contact on the island. Her reliability, curiosity and quiet efficiency make her easy to work with, and she brings the same energy to arts, crafts, photography and learning.
Zaneisha leads the Concierge department from mainland St Vincent and is the first point of contact for visiting and enquiring yachts across the northern islands. With a wealth of hospitality experience and an easy, professional manner, she makes sure every request lands in the right hands.
Neil has supported yachts inside the Tobago Cays Marine Park since the company’s earliest days. From fresh fish to the swim platform to waste ashore and last-minute requests at anchor, he is the reason our yachts feel looked after inside the park.
Alf is the Mustique liaison, working with The Mustique Company to arrange docking, mooring, ground transport and on-island activities. His long-standing relationships and deep knowledge of island procedures make arrivals and departures on Mustique feel seamless.
Leroy has supported our team in St Vincent for the past three years, working behind the scenes on international provisioning, trucking and sourcing requests. When something has to be found, cleared and moved across the island on a deadline, Leroy is the one making it happen.
Jimmy has worked alongside SVG Yacht Services since the company started, running his own taxi and mooring business in St Vincent. He is always there to get crew wherever they need to go, and his in-depth knowledge of tours, activities and where to find things on St Vincent makes him invaluable to visiting yachts.

Katie co-founded SVG Yacht Services after growing up in the charter business and sailing since she was eight. She holds RYA/MCA Yacht Master Instructor qualifications, has captained Atlantic crossings, and launched the agency in 2018. Today she leads a licensed team supporting yachts from 40m to 135m across the full Grenadines chain.
