This is in discussion all the time however at this moment, Jet Skis are not permitted anywhere in St Vincent and the Grenadines. Also, you cannot use a SeaDoo.

Officially at time of writing diving is permitted anywhere in St Vincent and the Grenadines however there are requirements to use a local guide in the Tobago Cays Marine Park. Other Dive Areas are overlooked and managed informally by the nearby dive shops, and we recommend speaking to them to obtain the necessary local knowledge about the sites and where to dock to avoid anchoring on coral for example. Ask us about authorized dive guides, conservation areas and speed limits.
This is changing regularly. At time of writing all the anchorages are absolutely fine and 90% of the galvanize has been removed from the water so the usual anchorage spots can be used easily. The sea and marine life are still there too!
There are islands which still have a lot of work to do but the plans are to be back and running before the new Caribbean Season.
We are guiding our yachts with itineraries to make the most the island gems, giving time for recovery in some spots and ensuring also that guests feel safe during their stay and the activities they would like to do are still on th cards and not affected.
When charter guests book holidays we know how important it is that everything runs smoothly. Entry, clearance, planes, provisioning and crew transitions must run to schedule.
